The team comprised of Cesar Ruiz-Larrea and CENER won the tender to execute the building for the new headquarters of the Andalusian Energy Agency in Seville.

The winning project has been designed in line with criteria to re-interpret traditional Andalusi architecture, both in the wealth of its interior spaces and in the innovative bioclimatic design of the building, which, meticulously adapted to the environment, achieves a high level of comfort with minimal energy consumption.
