The CENER Wind Energy area has highly qualified personnel as well as specialised software in the following areas:

• Manufacturing processes and materials

• Instrumentation and Measurement
• Programming and computing
• Wind Turbine Test Laboratory (LEA)
• Data processing centre. This comprises 3 calculation clusters with 43, 30 and 20 processors respectively, which are used both by commercial calculation software (MARC, ADAMS, UNIGRAPHICS, FLUENT, ICEM, MATLAB, LABVIEW…), and by the software developed in-house by the CENER Wind Department.
