ECOCITIES Project – Tudela Agreement (2006-2011)

Development of an eco-district of 600 houses that use 100% renewable energies with Zero Emissions. CENER will define the bioclimatic town development regulation for the eco-district and will develop an energy and environmental certification tool for the buildings. The European partners are the cities of Helsingor (DK) - Helsinborg (SE) and Trondheim (NO).
