The team made up of Cesar Ruiz-Larrea, SAMA and CENER won the tender to construct the building for the new headquarters of the Andalusian Energy Agency in Seville.

The winning project reinterprets the traditional Andalusi architecture, both in the richness of its interior spaces and in the innovative bioclimatic design of the building, which will permit achieving (thanks to a carefully studied adaptation of the environment), a high level of comfort with minimal energy consumption.
