The most relevant action of CENER with respect to the transfer of knowledge in the building sector is the organisation of the International Congress of Architecture, City and Energy (CIBARQ), which has been held every two years in Pamplona since 2004.

CIBARQ has become the architecture congress of reference in Europe, with the presence of the most important architects in the relationships between architecture, energy and city, in its four editions.
