A group of international experts, specialised in hydrogen and renewable energies, are meeting today and tomorrow at the headquarters of the National Renewable Energy Centre, located in the Navarra town of Sarriguren.
This is the closing meeting of Task 24 "Integration of Wind Energy and Hydrogen", of the International Energy Agency, which has been organised by the Renewable Energy Grid Integration Department of CENER. Apart from analysing the work carried out over the four years of life of this Committee of Experts, the participants are scheduled to visit the Wind Turbine Test Laboratory in Sangüesa, where a microgrid, which has recently been launched and that is geared towards industrial application, is located.
On Friday, the 30th, a Discussion Panel will be held entitled "Hydrogen and Renewable Energies", with the participation, too, of technicians from the European project, OPTIMAGRID, which CENER is a partner of.
