The Ambassador of Chile visits CENER

The Ambassador of Chile in Spain, Gonzalo Martner, has visited the headquarters of the National Renewable Energy Centre in Sarriguren this morning in order to see the technology infrastructures of the centre and the advances on the “Feasibility Study on a Specialised Technology Centre in non-Conventional Renewable Energies”, that CENER will shortly be presenting in the city of Concepción, Chile.

Both the presentation and the later visit to the facilities were presided by the Director General of CENER, José Javier Armendáriz and the Business and Strategy Development Director, Jerónimo Camacho.

The Ambassador of Chile, who thanked CENER for its interest in energy development in his country of origin, was accompanied by the Director of CORFO in Spain, Tomás Pablo, and the Honorary Consul of Chile in Navarra, the Basque Country and La Rioja, Juan Carlos Pérez de Unzueta.
