Environmentally-friendly construction

The building has been constructed with the “healthy construction” premise; in other words, an environmentally-friendly construction, in an attempt to minimise the impacts caused by the manufacture and use of different construction materials.

Reduced energy consuming constructive techniques have been used. As the building is totally prefabricated with recyclable materials, the use of materials with important energy or environmental loads, such as PVC, has been avoided. Likewise, the fire-extinguishing network does not use halons, or CFC or HCFC and the wooden carpentry has an environmental stamp that guarantees its sustainable exploitation.

Another important feature is the network that collects, treats and re-utilises rainwater to water the green areas of the building.
