The integral application of all the strategies and solutions described have led to the CENER building being internationally recognised as an emblematic building.

• It was one of the four Spanish prize-winning buildings at the International Congress on Sustainable Building 2005 in Tokyo, as the best examples presented at the congress.

• The CENER building also won the Award to Architectonic Innovation at Construmat 2005.
