The wind energy technology departament at Sandia National Laboratories in America has developed a device, the Accurate Time Linked data Adquisition System (ATLAS II), wich it says can provideall of the information necessary to understand how well a machine is performing. The technology buildson several years experienecewith anearlier Sandis model.
