THE SECRETARY GENERAL FOR HOUSING WILL PARTICIPATE IN CIBARQ 2010
Javier Eugenio Ramos Guallart, Secretary General for Housing, has confirmed his participation in the inauguration of the International Congress of Architecture, Cities and Energy, CIBARQ 2010 on Thursday 21st October.
In addition to the Minister for Housing, this event will also play host to the Chairman of the Government of Navarra, Miguel Sanz, the Mayoress of Pamplona, Yolanda Barcina, and the Director General of CENER, José Javier Armendáriz.
Laying a claim to cities with low emissions is one of the goals put forward by this year’s International Congress on Architecture, Cities and Energy-CIBARQ, with the slogan “Low Carbon Cities.” Organized by the Department of Energy in Buildings of the National Renewable Energy Centre-CENER, it will take place on 21 and 22 October in Pamplona.
