CENER, partner of the ABraytCSPfuture project that will develop a new model of solar thermal plant
The European R&D project ABraytCSPfuture aims to develop a more efficient Concentrated Solar Power plant with higher energy storage capacity and minimal environmental impact.
CENER is responsible for developing the computational models for simulating this novel CSP plant, which is a crucial step in the project. By using the obtained parameters and results, will be defined the optimal configuration of the plant and assess its techno-economic and environmental potential. CENER researcher Javier Baigorri explains in this video which are the main objectives and the role of CENER in the project:
Six month meeting
Six month meeting of the European Project ABraytCSPfuture (#HorizonEU) at University of Twente in Enschede, the Netherlands, where the partners presented the latest advancements around this novel concept of #ConcentratedSolarPower plants with thermochemical energy storage and established the work plan for the upcoming months.
