Data Processing Centre. ORTZ, is the name of the Beowulf kind of computer cluster in CENER. It’s composed by 520 x86-64 architecture cores and 1253 GB of RAM memory. Using a GigaByte local network, the computers have Ethernet Bonding configuration. This configuration, combines several network interfaces (NICs) to a single link, providing maximum throughput among computers to run parallel jobs.HTCondor (v8.6.8) distributed computing software, handles and manages the workload of the computing-intensive jobs to run on ORTZ, providing a High Throughput and High Availability computing environment.
