PROJECT SCOPE
This is a task of the International Energy Agency (IEA-Wind) to improve modeling techniques for atmospheric boundary layer models and wakes in wind turbines.
CENER´s ROLE
CENER is the main Operating Agent in collaboration with NREL (National Renewable Energy Laboratory) of the USA.
In the second phase, special emphasis is placed on the validation of the models used, expanding their nature.
