NEVA. New Validation Strategies for Wind Generators

  • 2016

PROJECT SCOPE

The overall objective of the project is the Development of New Wind Turbine Validation Strategies that allow to minimize the uncertainty of the new alternatives of blades and towers for wind turbines that will be developed in the short-medium term to provide solutions to the problems that the tendencies of the wind turbine entail. market.

CENER´s ROLE

This global objective is broken down into two parallel objectives:

A. Methodology for testing blade segments that significantly reduces the duration and cost of the tests necessary to validate a segmented wind turbine blade, as well as providing greater flexibility and depth of testing to the process.

B. Wind turbine tower test methodology that allows experimental curves to be obtained under real conditions and at their future operating site.

PROJECT PARTNERS

The consortium is made up of the companies NABRAWIND TECHNOLOGIES and CENER.
