It aims at keeping stakeholders updated on the latest developments of this brand-new project co-funded by the LIFE Programme of the European Union. The project\u2019s main objective is to develop a novel technology to take advantage of the black liquor produced by the pulp and paper industry and transform it into products with high antioxidant capacity and UV absorbance. In this way, in addition to developing a renewable product with direct use in multiple industrial sectors (e.g. cosmetics, food, rubber, fuels &amp; lubricants), it brings an alternative to the current energy recovery process of black liquor, thus contributing to an improved life cycle assessment by the integration of a circular process. <em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On the website, you will find information related to the project consortium, objectives, advantages of this technology, main work plan of the project, the latest news as well as the contact information to reach us directly for interactions.
