Through this project <strong>the access to our cutting-edge infrastructures is for free,<\/strong> and the <u>travel costs for the researchers are fully covered<\/u>, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Travelling cost\u00a0<\/strong>(for a full overview, please refer to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eera-set.eu\/index.php?option=com_attachments&amp;task=download&amp;id=1762:RISEnergy-Financial-Details\">this document<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accommodation\u00a0<\/strong>(for a full overview, please refer to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.eera-set.eu\/index.php?option=com_attachments&amp;task=download&amp;id=1762:RISEnergy-Financial-Details\">this document<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Per diem rates<\/strong>: These cover the additional costs incurred by the User(s) during their participation in the TA compared to the usual expenses at home. These costs include expenses at the access location, such as meals and local transportation (bus, tram, metro, taxi, parking fees, tolls, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other eligible expenses<\/strong>: If any other expenses, not mentioned above, should be covered by RISEnergy, a justification has to be sent 6 weeks before the access starts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RISEnergy\u00a0<u>does not cover<\/u>\u00a0the following costs of the User(s):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Visa<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>insurance cost<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please, contact us if you have interest in accessing our infrastructures, and we will be happy to help you through the application process.
