Pamplona stands as one of the three European &#8220;Living Labs&#8221; \u2014alongside Genk (Belgium) and Tartu (Estonia)\u2014 testing innovative infrastructures to create neighborhoods that produce more energy than they consume.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(14, 40, 65)\">CENER has organized this technical workshop to ensure that end-users, architectural firms, developers, and public administrations can gain direct insight into these advancements.
