ENERGY REPRESENTATIVES FROM CAPE VERDE VISIT CENER
Directors from ECREEE,, the Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency of ECOWAS, located in Cape Verde, have visited the headquarters of the National Renewable Energy Centre (CENER) located in Sarriguren (Navarra) today, to study possible collaboration channels between both institutions.
Apart from visiting the centre’s technology facilities, the Executive Director of ECREEE, Mahama Kappiah, accompanied by David Vilar, Coordinator, have presented their main areas of interest in energy-related matters at a meeting, in which the Director General of CENER, Jose Javier Armendariz and the Technical Director, Fernando Sanchez, have taken part, as well as other representatives from CENER.
ECREEE is the energy agency of ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States).
